- UK Coaching, with over 180,000 members, is the leading agency for coaching in the UK, providing training, resources, and representation for coaches.
- Play Their Way, with a reach of around 2.6 million coaches, is a campaign led by the Children’s Coaching Collaborative, funded by Sport England and UK Coaching, promoting child-first coaching centred on autonomy and enjoyment.
- 1st4sport is a specialist awarding body that develops accredited, industry-standard qualifications for the sport and physical activity sector, contributing to 5.2 million vocational certificates issued annually in England.
Designing a Modern Reusable CMS-Based Web Platform
- UK Coaching engaged us to rebuild all three of their offering websites using the Kentico Xperience 13 CMS platform.
- Developed a reusable framework and component approach across all three offerings to support consistency, maintainability, and efficient delivery.
- Implemented full content management capabilities and integrated Stripe payment services to support digital transactions and user journeys.
Reworking the Platform Foundation
- Architected solutions using hexagonal ports and adapters on top of Kentico Xperience 13 to improve separation of concerns and maintainability.
- Facilitated website and architecture reuse across sites using a shared base site and reusable supporting libraries.
- Integrated Stripe services into Kentico eCommerce modules using Stripe .NET.
- Collaborated with front-end engineers using Vue 3 to produce interactive and complex UI islands for the basket journey.
- Implemented single sign-on using ASP.NET Core Identity, Facebook, and Google OAuth.
- Produced a unit test suite using xUnit.
